General Questions

You will be able to use your new metal card anywhere in the world! It is important to remember that if your current card offers contactless payment, you will no longer have this feature; however, you will still be able to make contactless payments via your smartphone.
We take your privacy incredibly seriously and take the utmost care to keep your personal data and financial information secure. We do not record any personal information, and our equipment will not store any of this data. To maximize your security, we recommend freezing your card before you ship it to use.
Once we have received your plastic card, we will send you a notification, and we will begin creating your new custom metal card. This will typically be completed and ready to be sent back to you within 48 hours. We recommend sending your card to us using express delivery to ensure you can track its progress.
Should you lose your card or have it stolen, then you should treat it in the same way you would your normal debit or credit card and contact your bank immediately.
Due to the additional weight of the card, it is not recommended that you use an ATM or machine that requires you to fully insert the card. The sensors and rollers might not be able to eject the card, so you should only use those devices where you can manually remove your card.
Your card is fully customizable, but you are responsible for the content and we do not assume any liability for trademark infringements or copyright claims.

We are able to ship our custom cards anywhere in the world; however, due to the pandemic, there may currently be some delays.
We offer both Standard and Express delivery options for our customers, and prices will be shown on checkout.

Creating
